The Taitung and Taiwan Design Center are launching “Circular Design: Are You In-Circled” in Taitung on May 9th — the second exhibition that will move from Taipei to Taitung this year, thanks to a resource-exchanging agreement between the two design centers.

In order to nurture local industry, propel industry’s revitalization, and drive sustainable industry growth, TDC has invited a professional consulting team to manage their first ever Taiwan-based project.

Beginning in March, Taiwanese innovation will move three highly acclaimed design exhibitions — Intuition, Circular Design, and Black and Blue Cosmos — to the Taitung Design Center.

The Ministry of Education commissioned the TDC to organize a project designed to break free of traditional educational thinking and liberate students from the restrictions of textbooks and planned art courses.

Mr. Wen-Tang Chen, the accomplished founder of the Hengshan Forum, accepted Taiwan Design Center’s interview request to share his thoughts on “Using Talent to Create Value for Taiwan”.
