Since 2019, the Ministry of Education has commissioned the Taiwan Design Research Institute to implement the Design Movement on Campus (DMOC). To look back on this journey of design practice for aesthetic learning environments on campuses, the Ministry of Education and the Taiwan Design Research Institute have jointly published the first book in a series documenting the program’s work in campus aesthetics.

Taiwan Design Museum launches the “Open School” exhibition from April 18 to June 18, showcasing transformation cases by 41 schools and 28 design teams from 2021 to 2022. We look forward to more schools across Taiwan to carry on the effort of introducing design thinking to campus and jointly create greater possibilities of learning environments.
