Mr. Wen-Tang Chen, the accomplished founder of the Hengshan Forum, accepted Taiwan Design Center’s interview request to share his thoughts on “Using Talent to Create Value for Taiwan”.
The former Director of Global Talent of the Asia-Pacific region at a multinational corporation in Singapore, Mr. Wen-Tang Chen shared his experiences and insights regarding talent’s critical role in creating value within organizations. A veteran in the recruitment industry, Mr. Chen emphasized that talent can help organizations both create and increase value, while also improving coherence between employees. Mr. Chen’s hour-long speech offered a different way of thinking about how talent can advance organizations — leaving attendees with a new way to approach making tangible organizational change.
